Job description:
An administrative employee is required to coordinate the company's business and work in the Riyadh branch

mission:
Providing administrative services required by the Department of Administrative Affairs for employees
Carrying out internal correspondence between departments within the company
- Preparing papers and files organizing the work of administrative affairs
Manage and direct telephone calls appropriately
Maintain printed and digital employee records
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Respond to employee and customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone or personal interview
- Preparing presentations, spreadsheets and reports
- Carry out any tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience
  • English Language
  • Previous experience in the same job field
