- Supervise chefs and provide assistance when needed
- Familiarity with all physical and practical health laws and regulations and work to implement them on the ground.
- Enact internal regulations that limit the commission of any violations, including municipal violations, and avoid cases of poisoning
- Modify recipes to meet customers' needs and orders.
- Monitor food stocks and report needs periodically.
- Make sure and review the catering in a fresh condition.
- Review recipes, make sure the ingredients and taste are right and make suggestions to improve taste.
- Supervising the application of occupational health and safety regulations for the team within the kitchen
