• Manage, design, develop and construct construction projects in a safe and timely manner
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.)
• Conducting technical and feasibility studies and developing schemes that meet technical specifications
• Evaluate potential risks and determine materials and costs
• Providing advice and appropriate solutions to building and construction problems
• Supervising staff and communicating with various administrative positions
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of the project
• Manage the budget and procurement of required equipment and materials
• Follow up on building and safety permits and supervise the application of all conditions
Requirements:
Good knowledge in dealing with design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max and other engineering programs
The ability to plan efficiently and with high accuracy
The ability to design facilities and ensure the required specifications
