- Training saleswomen on the correct methods and the accounting system, while explaining the nature of work to them
- Encouraging saleswomen to maintain strong relationships with customers and communicate with them
- Submitting reports to the Human Resources Department on the performance of the exhibition
- Monitor sales results and determine the necessary adjustments for the success of the sales plan, and search for ways and means to increase the profits of the exhibition
- Supervising the smooth running of sales operations in the exhibition, arranging goods and the way they are displayed
- Requesting missing goods from the warehouse
- Supervising periodic reports related to customers' needs and desires
Monitoring employees' working hours, attendance hours, departures, vacations, and overtime hours
- Evaluate the performance of new employees
