Role responsibilities:
- Providing technical support for available requests and local technical support for the application of representatives
- Testing and evaluating payment methods locally as well as testing the teller and merchant portal
- Request available items with available orders
Provide login information for store users and accountants
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages both verbally and in writing
University degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of three years proven work experience in a similar role (basic IT skills and system troubleshooting experience)
Good communication skills
