Manage project implementation according to plans, specifications, scope of work and schedule and achieve the required quality level
Providing administrative assistance and support in carrying out the daily activities of the cadres working in the projects
Determine and develop the procedures and methodologies that must be followed by the staff working on the project
- Monitoring the progress of work completion rates in the sites and comparing them with the basic project plan
Coordinate with the planning engineer on site regarding weekly and monthly activities as per the approved project plan
- Ensure that the correct and approved version of the special plans for the project is in use for implementation
- Coordination of site work with the technical office of the project
- Ensuring that the project management staff adheres to the company's rules and regulations
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
Ensure that project staff carry out their assigned responsibilities and complete the work efficiently
- Delegating some powers and distributing the work of the site to the administrative team in it
- Managing the guidance and training of the cadres working in the project,
Prepare and review project performance reports before they are sent to the project management at head office
- Ensuring that the implementation of works on site is in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Review attendance reports and overtime hours
Managing site risks and resolving issues on site
Review quality control and assurance reports that ensure all contractual quality requirements are met
Review and implement project implementation plans
Distribute the required information to the concerned employees
- Evaluating the performance of his employees

Requirements:
Holds a recognized university degree in the field of civil or architectural engineering, with a focus on project management
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages, reading, writing and speaking
No less than 15 years of experience in the field of construction management, site work, and supervision of the implementation and completion of similar projects.
