Responsibilities:
• Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Prepare Weekly, monthly, Quarterly Sales Reports which showing the sales teams revenues, Collections, target achievement percentage, challenges, Market feedback and performance of each sale representative
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Implement a sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Support sales team during their visits with key customers.
• Generate business with current main customers.
• Communicate with current customers in order to monitor the customer satisfaction.
• To Negotiate the contracts with end users.
• Feedback the market needs, Competitors prices, products, Promotions, ...etc
• To monitor the stock levels in Khobar Stores
