A financial advisor is required to work for a medical complex in the city of Abha, Asir region
Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements, financial reports, value-added tax on a regular basis, and the partner's share of profits and losses
Preparing trial balances on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis
- Making estimated and planning budgets for the next year
- Supervising the company's financial flows and creating mechanisms to control expenses
Evaluate the current financial situation in a comprehensive and detailed manner (assets - purchases - inventory - debts - revenues - general and administrative expenses) and develop future financial plans and provide advice
- Preparing monthly reports on suppliers, employee advances and general expenses
- Preparing monthly income statements to determine the clinic's course of profit and loss and its feasibility and discussion at the Board of Directors meeting
- Negotiating with service providers to the complex, such as suppliers, opening accounts with them, approving them, matching their accounts, scheduling payment of their dues, and preparing an indebtedness report.
- Developing an internal regulation for spending and spending and following up the implementation of the regulation
- Coordinating with the Human Resources Department to follow up and control salary progressions, liquidations and entitlements of workers
- Analyzing the financial statements numerically and statistically (total)
Develop a time plan for carrying out tasks - results and outputs
- Planning and setting financial strategies and providing recommendations and solutions to management
