Monitor legal risks in documentation and give guidance on acceptable presumption of risk
- Interpretation of laws, provisions and regulations for natural and legal persons
- Conducting legal research and gathering evidence
- Ensure proper approvals are in place prior to execution of documents
Explaining the law and giving legal advice
Providing legal representation in arbitration or mediation sessions
- Preparing, reviewing and managing wills, testaments, estates, contracts and deeds
Managing regulatory and compliance services
Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems
Provide legal representation to clients in court proceedings regarding civil or criminal matters
Manage and supervise paralegals and paralegals
- Preparing pleadings, notifications, and appearances in court
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (essential)
Certified lawyer for at least 6 months
Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
