• Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and
a positive customer service experience.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.
• Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
• Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face to face meetings) to understand their needs and
recommend the suitable solution for them.
