Job description:
- Follow up the work of the administration with the employees according to the agenda to ensure the progress of work
- Coordination of related businesses with other departments of the company
- Ability to prepare presentations and draft speeches
The ability to prioritize and manage time
- Managing tasks and communicating with other departments and following them up
Coordination with management and relevant authorities to prepare and implement plans
- Arranging appointments and meetings accurately and working on prior coordination with the relevant authorities
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, within the limits of work
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs at a professional level
  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • The ability to deal with e-mail and follow-up closely
  • Qualification: Two-year diploma in office administration or its equivalent
