- Received all RFQs and update RFQs book.
- Coordinate with the client's required site visits or technical information.
- Coordination with Engineering Department on job feasibility, technical studies, and proposals when required.
- Coordination with the Operations team for Equipment/manpower availability before job confirmation.
- Highlight any recurring problems that are identified and then direct the information accordingly so that corrective actions can be taken promptly.
- Follow up with the Clients satisfaction after job conclusion.
- Responsible for Data acquisition and Jubail sales analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual marketing reports on all of the aforementioned activities and their results.
- Familiarity with and knowledge of all requirements of clients.
- Strategically develop sales plans as per market requirements that reflect the company's image and attract awareness.
- Ability to analyze trends to gain an advantage over competitors.
- Monitor the competitors’ marketing activities and analyze their pricing/sales & use this information to determine potential markets, product demand, and pricing.
- Present ideas for the marketing and other operational areas within the organization to improve sales processes to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Attend forums and exhibitions as ABL- representation.
