- The senior leadership participates in crystallizing the objectives, drawing the strategic plan and general policy, and making decisions that concern the company as a whole
- Prepares plans and work programs for the activities of human resources management and the time period for their implementation and follow-up
Participate in preparing the company’s general budget through the work of the proposed budget for the department responsible for it
Acting as a liaison between senior management and employees by dealing with questions and helping to solve work-related problems
Develop, implement and monitor all required administrative regulations, policies and procedures in relation to human resources and administrative affairs
Oversee the periodic recruitment and lead orientation of new employees, to ensure that employees are fully aware of the job description
Issuing and maintaining recommendations on the organizational structure and employment rates to achieve the company's goals
- Carrying out recruitment tasks for vacant positions and working to reduce the rate of labor turnover
Professional development of employees in line with the company's strategy
- Conducting training needs analysis studies and meeting with department managers and heads of other departments to determine training needs
Develop training plans for employees and follow up their implementation to develop the administrative and technical skills of employees in accordance with the budget approved by the senior management
Planning and organizing an organized work according to production requirements, in coordination with all departments in the organization
Preparing reporting and recommendations procedures to reduce absenteeism and employee exit
Ensuring the correctness of keeping records and documents of employees and their database
- Direct supervision, follow-up and evaluation of the performance of the employees in the administration, their development and assistance in performing the tasks assigned to them, to raise their practical performance to ensure the workflow in the optimal manner, and there is an allowance for performing the various tasks
Defining the goals of the human resources team and following up on the achievements on a regular basis
Designing and implementing corporate policies to help improve the work environment
Develop various wage and benefits plans
Support and suggest improvements in the entire recruitment procedure
- Planning to host recruitment events and participate in various recruitment events
Discussing career development paths for employees with managers
Monitor HR metrics such as staffing rates and the cost of recruitment processes
- Reviewing departmental budgets
- Perform any other tasks assigned to him
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree as a minimum
At least 10 years of experience in the field of human resources
Experience in the Saudi labor system
Preference will be given to those who have a certificate or accredited courses in human resources
