- Preparing and preparing tables and making sure of the appropriate number of utensils, water bottles and the rest of the dining table equipment

Ensure that dishes and utensils are clean and sorted regularly

- Periodically deliver checks and all bills
- Follow up on unclean dishes and equipment and carry them to the interior of the restaurant for the organization department
- Review daily specials, menu changes and specifications
- Follow the rules of hygiene, health and safety
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
