- Develop and implement security policies and security procedures
- Monitoring security operations budgets and controlling expenditures
- Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards
Attending meetings with managers of various departments to determine operational needs
Planning and coordinating security operations for various occasions
Coordination of personnel when responding to emergencies and alerts
- Review reports about accidents and violations
Investigate and solve security and protection issues
- Preparing and generating periodic management reports on the security situation

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Proficiency in the use of technology and equipment for security and protection
Ability to prepare reports and plan for emergency response
Excellent knowledge of security and safety rules and procedures
Strong understanding and ability to budget and analyze statistical data
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
The ability to communicate with different characters
Security and safety manager experience certificate
