Inspect and test medical equipment and follow manufacturers' specifications
Use various testing and analysis tools to monitor equipment condition
- Follow up of mechanical equipment and check its parts to identify faults and defects
- Calibration testing of components and equipment using manuals and troubleshooting techniques
Carry out maintenance through the use of hand tools and various measuring devices
Testing of mechanical systems to ensure proper operation
Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, or adjusting equipment
- Adjust lubrication equipment to allow proper operation
Maintaining work equipment or machinery and keeping records of maintenance and repairs
Determine the required updates for various equipment and machines
- Periodic inspection of equipment to protect patients and staff from electrical and mechanical hazards
Monitor work areas or procedures to ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Dismantling faulty equipment, removing damaged parts, and repairing or replacing them
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years experience
