4. Renewal of residence permits, medical insurance and work permits for employees
5. Follow up the status of residencies and medical insurance for all employees, make weekly and monthly reports on renewal requests, and update the administration accordingly, at least one month before the expiry time of residencies
6. Renewing forms, insurance and operating cards for the Corporation’s vehicles and equipment, following up on their condition, making driving authorizations for employees on them, and reporting on them weekly
7. Reviewing government departments for matters related to personnel and vehicle affairs when requested to do so
8. Making official letters, exporting, archiving and archiving them, and archiving the letters received by the institution on the computer
9. Managing all the tasks of administrative affairs and personnel affairs in the institution (attendance and absence, warnings, vacations, advances, ..etc)
10. Management of archives and data of employees, vehicles and equipment in the institution
11. Periodically schedule employee vacations through computer follow-up and coordination with the concerned managers and the general manager of projects
12. Implementing job discipline systems for employees within the organization
13. Managing, implementing and evaluating the organization's recruitment mechanism
14. Managing and preparing salaries, wages, employee entitlements, and vacations, in coordination with finance and senior management
15. Implementing, developing and constantly updating the policies, procedures and systems for human resource management
16. Establishing the annual evaluation system for all employees of the institution, following it up and making a report on it
17. Send alerts and special notices of administrative instructions to all employees and stakeholders and record this in a special record
18. Preparing programs and mechanisms to attract Saudi and non-Saudi talents and achieve the required Saudization percentage
19. Establishes and develops the transfer and promotion system for the company's employees and studies the solutions that arise from the transfer and promotion
20. Development and evaluation of the administrative system, organizational structure and salary scale of the institution
