Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide appropriate advice
Helping clients choose transportation, travel date and accommodation costs
Providing the detailed information that customers need during the travel process
- Follow-up procedures for booking travel tickets and hotel reservations, and paying the necessary fees
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of ticket reservation systems
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Familiarity with various selling skills and good knowledge of business dealings
Proficiency in the English language and the presence of other languages is an added advantage
