- Approvals employees are required with at least 3 years of experience in sending electronic approvals to work in the revenue department
mission:
1. Obtaining medical approvals from insurance companies, and responding to required medical inquiries, if any
2. Follow up on insurance companies’ cases and requests
3. Full coordination between insurance companies and hospitals in the case of external transfers and critical emergency transfers
4. Matching the services that need approval from the insurance company with the invoices or insurance form and ensuring that they are obtained
5. Preparing a monthly and annual report on the work status of the insurance department and attaching proposals and solutions to problems, if any
6. Respond to patients' inquiries regarding medical insurance and coverage status
Requirements:
Experience of not less than 3 years
English language proficiency
Computer proficiency
Good knowledge and experience in using medical codes and coding is preferred
