- Working on the company’s personnel files, keeping them and automating them
- Follow up on the implementation of e-government services and any new services related to the company's activities
Preparing internal transfer letters between educational stages and administrative departments
- Work on the inventory of workers wishing to move or resign in the company and write decisions related to them
- Follow up on the issuance and renewal of all licenses, permits and commercial records of the company and its schools
Follow up the renewal of employee contracts and end all administrative work related to them
- Follow up on the termination of employee contracts on the specified dates according to the company’s system and write related decisions and send them
Participate in the development of employee leave and issue related decisions
Representing the company in government and private agencies and finalizing the company’s transactions
- Follow up on the issuance and renewal of all licenses, permits and commercial records of the company and its schools
