- Overall monitoring of overseas procurement activities.
- Overall monitoring of tendering and establishing contract for civil project and maintenance contract works.
- Assigning the tasks to the team members and monitoring their performances to achieve maximum efficiency
- Periodic review of vendors performance in terms of prompt delivery, adherence to committed terms & quality of supplied goods etc.
- Periodic communication with the overseas suppliers for the improvements of their services in terms of quality and timely delivery.
- Supporting custom clearance activities assigned to a team member
- Coordinating with the Customs and brokers for achieving better cooperation to custom clear our imported goods.
- Periodic communication with the end user departments highlighting measures required to improve our services to the end users.
- To help resolving the credit term and delivery problems with the overseas suppliers and any issues with the local civil contractors
- Reporting to Procurement Superintendent
الشروط والمهارات:
Bachelor Of Commerce/ Science (or) Diploma in Engineering
Fluency in Arabic & English – Vocal & Writing
Min.05 yrs. Experience in Procurement for Engineering, Industrial , Equipments Maintenance & Service Sectors
Overseas procurement, working with contracting dept., professional communication and negotiation skills.
