- Supervising the operation, maintenance, development and evaluation of information systems and information technology programs, database management, the electronic portal and the internal network of the entity.
- Monitoring and developing standards and policies for information technology operations, and controlling their quality.
Meeting with department heads, managers, supervisors, suppliers and others to enhance collaboration and solve IT related problems.
- Supervising the identification of requirements for programs, technical systems and work, and enhancing electronic linking operations in accordance with the requirements and strategy of the entity.
Ensure the readiness and security of all devices and technical operating systems and follow up their performance.
- Supervising the provision of technical support services to all organizational units in the entity.
- Supervising the preparation of the entity's website content management systems.
- Full supervision of digital projects, whether websites or applications, identifying project requirements and preparing the budget.
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor and control the tasks that have been completed.
Develop direct support documents including facing risks, specifications and requirements and looking for opportunities for improvement.
Monitoring administrative processes such as planning, budgeting, reporting, and service delivery, and their control, evaluation, and improvement.
Strengthening relations with external partners to establish strategic partnerships. Develop, and manage change to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar field
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
