1- Adopting and employing the feasibility study and the best use of the association’s lands, and using it to put forward design projects
2- Qualifying consulting offices, contractors and implementers and classifying them according to the type and size of the association’s projects
3- Managing the project design stages from project proposal to preparing technical contracts, design supervision, closing and receiving project files
4- Preparing and submitting quantities and specifications brochures for executive projects and implementation supervision projects, analyzing the submitted offers and submitting the outputs to the relevant committees.
5- Preparing the work plan and project schedules, reviewing documents and plans, handing over the project site to the contractor, and setting the work mechanism between the contractor and the consultant for each project.
6- Reviewing and matching project extracts according to implementation, preparing and managing exchange orders
7- Reviewing project plans and files periodically and visiting projects to determine implementation and conformity, and to ensure that the quality of implementation is maintained
8- Follow up on project implementation procedures, document achievements as planned, and collect all data and information necessary to measure performance indicators and formulate them to follow up on projects’ progress
9- Preparing technical reports, following up on completion reports and periodic reports for each project, following up work plans, documenting the consumption of financial, material and technical resources for projects, receiving and delivering the implementation of projects, and archiving documents for each project.
10- Follow-up and implementation of requests for restoration and rehabilitation of the association’s buildings and endowments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management or equivalent
Use of computers, Microsoft office programs, and programs for planning and project management
The ability to conduct negotiations and make decisions
