Job description of a sales representative for an international brand (Coach - Cole Haan - Champion - Rosaclara - Minbour - Mystic Jewelery):
Receiving customers and directing customers to the appropriate sections for their needs within the retail store and providing accurate information such as product features, prices, warranty services and after-sales services for products as well as answering customers’ questions about specific products or services. The job requires excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve the required sales percentage And the ability to provide solutions to customer complaints and make recommendations to choose the right product
Functional tasks :
1. Receiving customers and guiding inside the store departments
2. Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services
3. Responding to customers regarding products and services
4. Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
5. Preparation and processing of various promotions
6. Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on shelves
7. Supervising the procedures for returning and replacing products according to the company's policy
8. Coordination with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times, seasons and holidays
9. Continuously informing customers of the latest special offers and discounts
10. Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the Sales Manager
11. Always keep abreast of new products and services
12. The ability to change the exhibition display according to the instructions of the sales department
13. Good knowledge of goods transfers and receipt of vouchers
Necessary skills:
1. Good understanding of the retail process
2. Familiarity with the principles of consumer behavior
3. Know the proper storage procedures for the products
4. Proficiency in doing arithmetic operations
5. The ability to achieve the required percentage of sales
