Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, etc
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software system issues and faults.
- Monitoring and management of company data and backups
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
الشروط والمهارات:
3 - 5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or equivalent
A technical, logical thought process and the ability to stick to strict deadlines.
Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Computer literacy: MS Office applications (MS Word and MS Exce).
An ability to prioritize, delegate, and have excellent analyzing skills, nevertheless a keen eye for details.
Demonstrate high ability to work under pressure. Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
Experience in installing/supporting Microsoft solutions
Possess a strong background in building, implementing & maintaining, Network Servers and Workstations
