Job Description:
• Participation in preparing the master plan for managing all projects for infrastructure development, including projects, stages, responsibilities, time frame and other details
• Participation in setting general policies, procedures and standards for the department, and developing work models and various reports, to work on unifying standards and work standards
• Participation in the comprehensive planning work for infrastructure development projects under the supervision and management of the Head of the Department
• Reviewing detailed engineering plans for infrastructure development projects to ensure that the requirements of the concerned authorities are met
• Reviewing the detailed operational plans for infrastructure development projects of all kinds and submitting comments and amendments, if any
• General supervision and follow-up of the implementation of all projects related to the development of infrastructure for all city development projects, service and social facilities and others, and to ensure that implementation is carried out in accordance with the approved plans.
• Follow up the performance of infrastructure development projects in coordination with the concerned government agencies and departments, and ensure that projects are implemented according to the specified schedule and the required outputs.
• Evaluating the performance of strategic plans for project implementation and making adjustments to them according to developments to ensure the efficiency of implementation
• Measuring and evaluating the performance of infrastructure development projects and making recommendations to the direct manager
• Creating a database for all infrastructure development projects and their periodic and continuous updating
• Monitoring and following up the performance of contractors according to the established standards and submitting reports to the direct manager
• Supervising the management, arrangement, and documentation of the various project files and documents, and ensuring the integrity of the files management and preservation according to the rules
• Preparing monthly reports on the progress of infrastructure development projects, problems and obstacles, if any
• Executing any tasks assigned to him by the direct manager within the scope of his competence
Requirements:
bachelor of Civil Engineering
At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects
Excellent communication and communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent English language skill
The ability to detect errors and handle deviations
Ability to write technical reports and commit to submitting them on time
Ability to use engineering software and prepare blueprints
Knowledge of the basics and concepts of urban planning
