JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for operation and control of syrup manufacturing.
- Get instruction from syrup Chemist for production plant and syrup preparation.
- Operate Sugar Dissolving unit (Contimol).
- Set up and prepare filtration machine for filtering simple syrup.
- Set up Liquifrigor operation for cooling the simple syrup.
- Add corresponding amount of Celite for each batch of simple syrup prepared.
- During line start up, supply treated water for rinsing and flush with CO2.
- Supply finished syrup to the production line as per the production requirement.
- Dump CIP chemicals into the chemical tank and keep ready for CIP
- Maintain hygiene and sanitary condition for the syrup equipment.
- Ensure that the simple syrup contains the correct quantity of sugar.
- Record plant information such as simple syrup temperature, cold store and syrup room temperature and concentrate data in the syrup preparation batch sheet.
- Carry out tank sanitation (as per sanitation matrix) prior to batching and clean filters
- Ensure that concentrate used are within shelf life.
- Provide the necessary job request for any maintenance of equipment.
- Enter daily water receiving receipt in Oracle Raw material receiving module if required
- Enter all relevant test results in Oracle Quality Module if required
- Collection of all required data for M&W like Sugar and concentrate consumption
- Maintain good housekeeping, GMP and all food safety and PI norms on the lines
الشروط والمهارات:
College / University degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering/ technology
2 – 5 years of experience preferred in beverage, bottling or FMCG industry
Food science and technology or Medical lab technician level qualification or 3 months internal training for new diploma / graduate holders
