Defining the goals of the human resources team and following up on the achievements on a regular basis
Designing and implementing corporate policies to help improve the work environment
Develop various wage and benefits plans
Support and suggest improvements in the entire recruitment procedure
- Planning to host recruitment events and participate in various recruitment events
Discussing career development paths for employees with managers
Monitor human resource metrics such as staffing rates and the cost of recruitment processes
- Reviewing departmental budgets
Organizing learning and development programs for different departments
Ensure that HR staff meets staff requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Follow up on human resources procedures to comply with the labor law
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
Previous work experience of not less than 10 to 15 years in the position of Human Resources Manager
The ability to improve employee relations and provide a suitable work environment for all departments
Possess leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Good communication skills with different personalities
Good understanding of labor legislation and laws
Ability to deal with payroll systems and the number of working hours
Proficiency in the use of human resource management software
