- Contacting customers and evaluating the level of service
- Responding to customer calls and recording requests, inquiries and complaints

- Responding to communications and following up on customer requests
Provide customers with information about the company and cars
- Identify and resolve customer problems and complaints
- Follow up on pending customer inquiries
Submit daily and weekly report
Entering and updating data in the program
- Follow up on customer reservations
