1.Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer service experience.
2.Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.
3.Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
4.Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face to face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend the suitable solution for them.
5.Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
6.Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
7.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
