Job description:
Target:
Managing the implementation of human resources strategies and planning, managing and following up the implementation of human resources policies, processes and procedures, including human resources planning, talent management and performance, human resources development and training, and attracting and retaining competencies and talents to support a company in achieving its goals and providing it with human capital with skills, expertise and ability to achieve Ambition and goals of the company
Functional tasks:
Managing HR Strategy and Organizational Development:
1. Preparing the proposal of the strategic and operational plan for the human resources department, developing performance indicators with regard to the work of the department and ensuring their achievement in line with the company’s general objectives and strategies
2. Supervising the processes of developing the organizational structure and the regulations and policies related to human resources and organizational development with the aim of facilitating procedures and workflow and ensuring the commitment of employees and compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures
3. Work to develop the institutional work in the company and make it an attractive and stimulating work environment in accordance with the best international practices, by working on developing programs that contribute to improving the work environment, raising quality and efficiency, and measuring employee satisfaction and loyalty in order to raise achievement rates and ensure a better work environment
Planning, development and training of human resources:
1. Work on developing studies to determine human resource needs in coordination with organizational units in accordance with the strategic planning system for human resources
2. Ensure that job evaluation and classification to determine issues related to job calibration for the purpose of ensuring appropriate grades and pay structures, achieving fairness and parity in salaries and incentives, and constantly reviewing the salary scale and comparing it with the labor market to monitor the company’s employees’ wages and compensation compared to the labor market and ensure their competitiveness to facilitate the attraction and retention of talent
3. Supervising the development and review of job descriptions and ensuring their consistency with the organizational structure and the company's general objectives and requirements
4. Overseeing the development of talent management programs and employee development and updating the company's competency framework to support talent management programs and enable sustainable development
5. Management of work plans and mechanisms for training and development of the company’s employees and work Holding training courses and programs that contribute to supporting the exchange of knowledge among employees, which contributes to developing competencies and raising the level of knowledge in various fields and developing the work environment and relations between employees
6. Supervising the performance evaluation processes for the company’s employees in accordance with the approved evaluation system and its mechanism with fairness and transparency and ensuring its implementation during the specified time plans during the year
Company resource operations management:
1. Supervising the implementation of activities related to attracting job competencies, manpower planning and recruitment processes in the company, and supervising all recruitment procedures to ensure that talents are attracted in a fair manner that ensures compatibility of opportunities for all candidates and choosing the best among them
2. Management and follow-up of the work of the human resources operations teams to ensure the achievement of the highest level of excellence in the service of the company’s employees by ensuring the commitment of the employees of the human resources operations department to work effectively to achieve all the needs of the employees and their following requirements:
1. The process of scheduling monthly salaries for employees and ensuring that salaries are deposited into employees' bank accounts accurately and on time
2. Manage and process employee entitlements (such as vacations, tickets, loans...) in accordance with established policies and procedures
3. Providing accurate services to the company’s employees by managing the activities and outputs of the personnel services team (eg documents related to travel visas, health insurance, contracts, leave, employee certificates) to ensure accuracy and speed
4. Receiving and processing end-of-service requests and for employees who resigned or whose service has ended, to receive their dues from the balance of vacations, salaries and bonuses
5. Advising employees, managing the preparation and distribution of written or verbal information to inform employees about labor law regulations and personnel policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Deep knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in human resource management
