mission:
Calculating the quantities of work items for construction materials and setting their technical specifications
- Preparing and preparing bid documents
Calculating the quantities of materials used in projects (material individualization) in the case of direct implementation
Preparing, compiling and auditing bills of quantities and other bid documents (full bid copy)
Estimate the quantities of maintenance work items
Estimating building quantities
- Preparing and auditing financial claims and the final invoice for projects
- Work location: a project in Al-Qassim City - Al-Asyah Governorate
Requirements:
Membership of the Council of Engineers
bachelor of Civil Engineering
At least 3 years of experience as a quantity accountant in the field of contracting water plants, water desalination and buildings
English speaking is preferred
Saudi nationality
Valid driver's license
Preferably from Riyadh or Qassim residents to work on the project
