Responsibilities:
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte
• Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions
• Responsible for all culinary dishes that are prepared in the section
• Cooks all food to Proper specifications in a timely manner
• Keeps workstation and equipment clean
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices
• Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
• Following directions provided by the sous chef
الشروط والمهارات:
High School Diploma or higher
Diploma or Higher in Hospitality/Culinary arts is preferred
Proficient in English
Should have at least 1 year experience
Ability to work under pressure
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
