Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
• Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
• Review and process purchase orders.
• Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
• Handle contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Research and evaluate vendors to compare pricing and services.
• Build relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate purchase order based on quality, timeline and prices.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Training new employees in the purchasing process.
• Evaluating different suppliers.
• Determining order frequency.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management or higher
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
5 years Working Experience in the purchasing department required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends
