Job description:
Implementation of the financial and accounting procedures approved in the company.
- Oversight of all documents issued and incoming to the accounting department, and ensure that they are correct and that they contain the necessary signatures.
- Reviewing and approving the entry bonds before registering them in the relevant accounts.
- Supervising the registration of all registration documents in their respective accounts, in accordance with the applicable computer systems and programs, and on the basis of the approved accounting cycle.
- Collecting, following up and keeping accounts receivable and payable statements, and checking monthly receivables age tables.
- Checking the payroll and wages monthly, and ensuring the correctness of calculating additions and deductions on employee and customer entitlements, and making any adjustments in the status of employees and working on their files in the computer.
- Supervising the processes of issuing exchange bonds and preparing the checks related to them, after verifying the validity of the attached documents and following up on obtaining the necessary signatures on the checks in accordance with the applicable authorities.
Preparing monthly settlement statements for banks, showing the differences (if any), informing the financial manager for review, and preparing the necessary settlement entries.
- Supervising the periodic and annual inventory operations of fixed assets and materials and matching them with the balances of the accounts concerned.
- Supervising the preparation of trial balances and financial reports, studying and analyzing them, then submitting them to the Director General.
Preparing the final accounts at the end of the financial year.
Suggesting the development of the company's general financial policies and submitting them to the Director General for approval.
- Develop long and short-term financial plans for the company and submit them to the General Manager with his recommendations regarding their approval.
- Keep a complete copy of the financial and accounting system applied in the company and work on developing it according to the company’s circumstances and needs and presenting it to the general manager for approval and approval.
Ensure that all departments comply with the company's financial instructions.
- Liaising on behalf of the company with financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies and others, and solving issues related to the company’s finances, such as problems opening accounts, granting facilities or opening documentary credits in coordination with the General Manager
- Reviewing contracts and all obligations before concluding them with third parties to determine their financial impact on the company and making observations thereon.
Requirements:
  • Experience of not less than 4 years
