- Welcoming guests and visitors with appropriate greetings according to the time of the day
Greet guests within 25-30 seconds and provide professional, prompt and friendly service
- Mark guest car keys with date, time or customer contact number
- Provide the correct meter code or receipt for the valet parking service to the customer
- Check the guest code or the receipt with the code attached to the key before handing over the keys or the car to the guest
- Announces to the driver on the microphone when the guest is ready to leave the restaurant
- Effectively able to retrieve guest cars without causing damage to the vehicle
- Capable of driving and operating both motorized and non-motorized vehicles
Able to provide guests with information regarding property facilities, amenities, services, opening hours
- Able to give a sweet farewell to all departing guests as per hotel standards
Monitors direct personal and commercial vehicle movement on the property, including guest cars, taxis, limousines, and buses
