Job Summary:
Providing support to the laser and cosmetology department by organizing and coordinating clients’ appointments and receiving them
Job duties:
• Dealing with customer complaints and inquiries and resolving them in an accurate and timely manner
• Providing marketing offers and service prices to customers
• Organizing and arranging customers during the waiting and rest period
Effectively communicate with the director of the department and the reception department
• Maintaining a customer database of declarations and invoices
