- Executing Planned Preventive Maintenance programme as assigned in a timely and efficient manner and to provide Proactive support to all Restaurants across all regions
- Finding Fault/ troubleshoot on breakdowns and taking necessary and timely corrective action
- Operating duties in a safe and competent manner and reporting immediately any unsafe or defective equipment or practices.
- Ensuring safe systems or work and work permits are in place and followed.
- Conducting duties hygienically, effectively and within the specified Quality Standards.
- Identifying cost reduction opportunities and report to superior.
- Attending team briefings suggesting improvements and workable solutions to team performance.
- Follow `Company Standards and Procedures for all performed tasks
- Follow work schedule on time without repeated lattes or Absents
- Productivity and quality of work
- Response time to close work orders as per task assignment
- 95% of work orders turn around are performed based on SLA.
- Preventive maintenance followed for in house equipment’s
- Professionalism customers and Co – workers relationship
- Ensure problem resolution to avoid Re-occurrence
- Assisting the training of assigned staff for learning and Coaching & Development
