Job description:
- A personal secretary is required for the CEO of a company in Riyadh
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a personal secretary position
  • A university degree in Office Administration/Secretarial or a related field is preferred
  • A calm, balanced personality with a perfect mastery of problem solving skills
  • Full proficiency in the use of major computer applications
  • Proficiency in drafting formal letters and correspondence in Arabic
  • Complete tact in official and internal correspondence
  • Flexibility in scheduling and required working hours
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is preferred.
  • A very high sense of organization with great accuracy in coordinating work under pressure
