• Conduct Hiring, evaluating, and providing training to teachers and staff.
• Supervise school personnel for the purpose of monitoring performance,

• Direct and guide teachers in preparing curriculum plans , scope &sequence and cross points plans .

3. School operation
• Ensuring and managing smooth operations of the school.
• Taking a tour of the school and inspecting security and other important necessities.
• Ensuring school activities are run according to MOE laws for education.

4. students and curriculum
• Adhering to schools policies and procedures.
• Monitoring academic development and growth of the students.
• Monitoring Curriculum Development.
• Responsible for the coordination of the Academic Committee
(department coordinators for each subject), and the supervision, evaluation, and recruitment of teachers, librarian, registrar and lab technician.
• Oversees students’ disciplinary processes as required by the school policies and collaborates with the CEO in procedures with regard to student behavior according to the Code of Conduct.
• Facilitate meetings, processes, etc. for the purpose of meeting curriculum guidelines and/or ensuring that state mandates are achieved.
• Facilitate the development, communication implementation and evaluation of quality learning for the purpose of enhance excellence, equality and equity for staff and students.
• Implement policies, procedures and/or processes for providing direction and/or complying with mandated requirements.
• Intervene in occurrences of inappropriate behavior of students forth purpose of assisting students in modifying such behavior and developing successful interpersonal skills.
• Participate in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
• Prepare (quantity reports, student activities, correspondence, audits, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
• Present information (e.g. budget overviews, accounting processes ,distribution formulas, etc.) for the purpose of communicating information, gaining feedback and ensuring adherence to established internal controls.
• Represents the school within community forums for the purpose of maintaining ongoing community support for educational goals and/or assisting with issues related to school environment.
• Prepare student handbook.

• Communicate clear plans for parents satisfaction.
