- Initiating and achieving Termination/Resignation processes including creating the required docs and following up with the intended managers to finalize it efficiently and on time.
working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line & senior managers to understand and implement ER policies and procedures including Ter/Res, restructuring, performance management
- Achieving re-hiring processes by defining the problems and communicating with the concerned parties.
dealing with (grievances, bullying, harassment…etc) and advising managements on implementing disciplinary procedures
- Receiving complaints from employees and managing to solve satisfactorily for all parties.
- Designing, preparing and developing Manpower reports including all related issues (hiring, leaving, transferring, re-hiring…etc).
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotions and benefits.
- Preparing and presenting ORM & Plan presentations.
- Delivering Orientations to the new employees on monthly basis.
- Undertake ER investigations.
- Conducting Exit Interviews.
- Updating different departments’ managers on regular basis about their manpower statistics/analysis including hiring and firing data (Turnover).
- Updating ER forms (Exit interview, Complaint, Ter/Res…etc).
