A civil engineer is required to be certified as a professional engineer by the Saudi Council of Engineers or have documented experience of more than 8 years
Requirements:
Proficient in structural design using computer programs
Familiarity with building code
Those with experience in consulting offices in Saudi Arabia are preferred
