Job Duties:
Manpower Planning & Recruitment:
● Implement company plans to develop HR main functions, policies, processes and
procedures.
● Developing and monitoring Job Openings’ needs for organizations’ functions and
departments needs
● Developing and collecting Job Descriptions with concerned department and managers
● Advertising for job openings on local and international job portals and vendors as per
the company’s procedure
● Shortlisting candidates as per the job opening requirements
● Schedule interviews and meetings for candidates’ interview
● Prepare a questionnaire and send it to the candidates.
● Negotiate candidates package.
● Prepare the offer letter and sending to the candidates.
● Manage overseas agents and visa process.
● Develop processes\procedures\ checklists.
Hiring & Employee Administration:
● Administer and review Employee information
● Conduct vacation planning for all employees
● Hiring & Contracting new employees
● Develop processes\procedures\ checklists.
Evaluation:
● Time & Attendance of employee time
● Conducting Quarterly evaluation
● Evaluation information review
● Develop processes\procedures\ checklists.
Training:
● Defining and collect training requirement
● Identify training providers and vendors
● Training administration and monitoring
الشروط والمهارات:
Minimum 5 years experience in Saudi market.
Proper degree in human resources or related majors.
