- Handling all the outsourcing labourers issues
- Preparing the monthly outsourcing payroll and gathering all the related information.
- Communicating with the recruitment agencies across the region for new openings and follow up with the selected candidates.
- Ensuring the on-boarding procedures are properly completed till the new employee is mobilized to the assigned dept.
- Encoding the information for the new hires on the System (Oracle).
- Sending memos, emails to follow up with other functions the assigned tasks.
- Preparing the monthly probationary evaluation report for the newly hired employees
- Handling all the administrative works related to the R&S Dept
