المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
- Title: Project Accountant cum Admin. (Immediate Joining)
- Position: Project Accountant cum Admin.
- Report to: CEO & CFO
- Location: Abha KSA
Work Experience:
- 3+ years in Accounting & Finance and Admin
- Candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as an Accountant / Project Accountant
- Familiarity with Accounting Software like TALLY ,Peach tree, SAP, etc.
Degree:
- Must have Graduate in Accounting & Finance, Post Graduate will have added advantage.
Languages:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (Native)
Responsibilities & Duties ACCOUNTANT:
• must be know the Law of Tax and Zakat quarterly filling and give us exact details.
• Control all incoming and outgoing documents to the accounting department, and ensure it has all the necessary signatures.
• Prepare trial balances and closing accounts at the end of the financial year and submit them to Auditor.
• Make payroll check and monthly wages, and validate calculated additions and deductions for each employee.
• Prepare banking reconciliation reports to show the differences between company records and the bank statements.
• Assists Finance manager by providing supporting documentation and/or information on internal process as required for an audit.
• Execute accounting functions and transactions.
• Check the all documents and get the approval from Project Manager and forward to Finance Department.
• Prepare monthly daily & monthly report related to Project as required by the Management.
• Manage payables and receivables for each project.
• Monitors & controls the banking activities of the Company.
• Follows up with all clients concerning deposits of invoiced amounts in the Safety Triangle's bank accounts.
Responsibilities & Duties Administrator:
• Provides high-level administrative support for the President and associated activities, including preparing and editing various reports related to Projects, PowerPoint presentations, data, and budgets with great accuracy and efficiency.
• Manages multiple requests, concurrent projects, and still meets strict project deadlines.
• Demonstrates professionalism, tact, and discretion.
• Researches information, compiles statistics, gathers, and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources.
• Effectively creates, composes, and edits technical and/or administrative documents; screens and evaluates incoming and outgoing reports and forms.
• Produces regular, periodical progress reports to the Finance Manager on assigned activities.
• The part-time Administrative Assistant performs duties in and outside the office setting. The incumbent must adhere to all Company’s rules and regulations in performing their duties.
Compensation:
- Salary Package depend on your experience & Qualification, it's negotiable (No family status until 1 year)
- Iqama: Valid iqama & Transfer should be after 3 month Probation Period.
