- A reputed company in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) is seeking for HR Recruiter (Saudi national only).
Responsibilities:
1) Manage recruitment and selection process to ensure the company recruits and select the right job candidates.
2) Providing administrative assistant to existing employees within the company.
3) Develop and implement the Human Resources Policies and Procedures for the company and ensure that they are consistent with in the set criteria and as per the local labour law.
4) Prepare and process paperwork and application documents for acquiring new Visa’s and Work Permits as well as cancellation of Visa’s for a new and existing employees.
5) Responsible for updating and keeping a track of all government liasoning (GOSI & Ministry.)

A Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
English and Arabic
3 years experience
The ideal candidate must have work experience in dealing with Govt. Organisations in KSA
