Purpose of the job
- Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety & ensures the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the development of HSE policies and programs
- Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
- Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
- Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the entire company

Good command of Arabic & English
Has the ability to work as a team worker.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
