About the Role
- We are looking for an Operations Specialist focused on scaling UberDost in Saudi Arabia. This is a particularly challenging and rewarding role with huge opportunities but also lots of challenges in light of intense competition and complex market dynamics.
- The Supply Growth Operations Specialist role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on your city through the growth and optimization of the driver population on Uber’s platform. This is a critical role within the partner channels team that would be supporting in pushing forward Uber’s acquisition and growth strategy in Saudi Arabia. From adding new suppliers to growing existing supplier contributions and expanding new supply channels developing the DOST channel. The Growth & Acquisition Ops address key supply-side strategic priorities for the product. Equally important, the Growth & Acquisition Ops will be responsible for scaling existing channel modalities and introduce new initiatives developing the scope of DOST in Saudi Arabia.
What You'll Do:
● Acquisition Strategy. Support MENA DOST lead to develop, from the ground up, Uber's acquisition strategy.
●        Doster On-boarding. Onboard new suppliers to our platform by conducting quality training sessions and help walk them through their early lifecycle experience.
●        Analytics. Support in conducting analysis on our existing base and introduce solutions to improve our partner funnel.
● Relationship Building. Build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with acquisition stakeholders across in Saudi Arabia.
●        DOST Management. Work hand-in-hand with our doster base to drive growth and efficiency by drawing on all available data, insights and tools to help them take their businesses to the next level.
What You'll Need:
● Startup/all-hands-on-deck approach.
● Experience in a sales driven industry.
● 0-2 years of Sales / finance / business analytics / consulting / applied economics or related experience;
●        Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
● Demonstrated willingness to learn new things beyond the scope of work
● Strong project management skills
● Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a constantly-changing work environment
● Excel and SQL knowledge and a passion for data is a plus.
● Direct experience in a similar role is a plus
