- Should be perfect in English, Another foreign language would be an added advantage
- Well groomed, presentable, open to learning, positive attitude and caring
- Good administrative skills and preferred knowledge of OPERA, additional knowledge of various reservation systems would be a plus
- Excellent and consistent level of Customer Service
- Good Communication & Strong Interpersonal skills
- Active in the social media using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social applications
