Responsible for leading sales processes such as- but not limited to- set up plans for the market needs, all branches needs, customer satisfactions and enhance customer loyalty.
.Set sales targets according to market potential into a plan Short/Long term through coordinating with all braches needs in term developing & improving.
.Set up a plan with schedule to distribute the sale targets of all branches.
.Updating on the competitors.
Open eyes for a potential new market.
Ensure all sales team are training & developing where they coordinate with training & developing department.
Assist in hiring the effective potential sales team.
Visiting all branches at least 2 times yearly & Monitor sales progress and activities.
Coordinate with VIP customers & open connecting channels with them.
Accountable for developing a customer base in the market.
الشروط والمهارات:
Bachelor's degree at least prefers Master in BA preferred retail sales.
Excellent command of English and Arabic are must.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred conduct certificate in technical sales.
No less than 10 to 15 years experiences in Sales manager.
